We're passionate about systematically identifying and nurturing young builders as early as high school and college. While schools and sports programs cultivate scholars, musicians, and athletes, we bridge the gap by recognizing the next generation of business builders. These young builders hold the key to igniting economic growth, solving challenges, and enhancing our community.
How We Make a Difference

We begin our journey with 7 basic questions. Your response to these 7 questions helps us gain insight on your vision is for your business.
Step two is taking the Gallup Builder Profile 10 assessment to tell us your builder talents.
With your vision for your business and your Builder Talents we begin the journey to understand your talents and how you can apply your talents to grow your business.
After you have The Fundamentals, we offer three levels of support to support your builder talent development, business growth and expand the builder talent culture throughout your team.
Your coach is with you as you take your vision to execution.

Here are three examples of how we have helped organizations.
- Partnered with a new company's CEO and their team to conduct a thorough assessment of their mission and vision. Together, we established a refreshed organizational mission, vision, and values, setting a strong foundation for growth. Through strategic interventions like establishing a new organizational structure and setting new company KPIs we implemented efficient systems that align with the overarching goals.
- Lead a small team within a large organization, I championed the adoption of a new business model. This bold move led to a significant 28% increase in product line revenue over four years. By embracing innovation and thinking outside the box, we uncovered new revenue streams and expanded the business's bottom line.
- Identified an organizational gap in data collection leading to creation and implementation of a process integrating data across three divisions that provided leadership key indicator reports. The reports showed organizational KPIs resulting perpetual cost and labor savings.
